This course is designed to provide MBA students with a well- rounded understanding of marketing management, incorporating both traditional and digital marketing strategies , global perspectives and ethical; considerations. The emphasis is on strategic thinking and the practical application of marketing concepts in todays’ business environment. The focus is on preparing students for leadership roles in marketing where they can contribute strategically ton organizational success.

MBA 603         Strategic Management

The aim of this course is to equip students with the knowledge, skills and strategic thinking capabilities necessary to lead and make effective decisions in complex and dynamic business environments. The course has been designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of strategic management concepts and practices, preparing students for leadership roles where they can contribute strategically to organizational success.

MBA 604         Leadership & Organizational Development

The aim of this course is to equip students with the advanced skills and knowledge and competencies needed to excel as leaders in complex organizational environments. This course provides a comprehensive understanding of leadership theories, organizational behavior with a focus on developing the ability to lead and drive positive change within organizations.

MBA 605         Managerial Economics

This course is designed to equip students with advanced knowledge and skills in economic principles and their application to managerial decision-making within a business context. This course aims to integrate economic theories and concepts with strategic management, enabling students to analyze and solve complex business problems, optimize resource allocation, and make informed decisions in dynamic and competitive environments. The aim the Research Methodology course is to equip MBA students with the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to conduct rigorous and relevant research in the field of business. The purpose of this course is to prepare students for leadership roles in the public sector by providing them with a comprehensive and specialized education in all aspects of public administration and management developing leadership skills and enhancing public administration expertise and promoting ethical governance. The course aims to produce   dynamic and ethical leaders capable of making a positive impact on governance, policy, and public service in the ever-evolving landscape of the public sector.

MBA 641         Public Budgeting & Financial Management

The course combines knowledge of public finance principles and budgetary systems with advanced skills in financial analysis, risk management, and strategic planning. MBA 643         Public Policy Analysis

This course is designed with the purpose of preparing students for impactful and informed engagement in the complex realm of public policy. The course aims to cultivate a deep understanding of the theoretical foundations, and practical intricacies of policy analysis. The program seeks to empower graduates to critically assess, formulate, and implement policies. Additionally, the emphasis on ethical considerations, evaluation frameworks, and exploration of emerging issues positions students to navigate the challenges of contemporary governance, ensuring also that graduates are equipped not only with theoretical knowledge but also with the practical skills and ethical perspectives necessary to contribute meaningfully to the dynamic field of public policy.

MBA 700         Thesis

This is a thesis of theoretical or empirical research on a business topic chosen by the MBA candidate in their area of concentration. This project is an independent research study, guided by a thesis supervisor from the MBA of Atlantis College, following the approval of the thesis proposal.

The primary objective of this requirement is to assess the MBA candidate’s ability to select a problem, establish a framework for its analysis, and examine it from an academic perspective to develop meaningful recommendations. The paper must significantly focus on a business issue, integrating academic thought and research, and be presented in an appropriate writing style. The MBA thesis should go beyond merely describing a situation; it should involve the analysis and evaluation of a problem, culminating in specific recommendations based on a combination of research and original thinking

MBA 650         Internship

The aim of this course is to provide students with practical, hands-on experience in a professional business environment. Through structured internships, students will apply theoretical knowledge acquired during the MBA program to real-world challenges. The course enhances students’ professional skills, fosters industry connections, and prepares them for leadership roles by bridging the gap between academic study and industry practice.  It also enables them to expand their professional networks.
